Shelley's professional journey is as diverse as it is impressive. She honed her skills at Peoria High School, where she was instrumental in managing the health and fitness of young athletes. Her experience extends to Arizona Christian University, where she worked with both the football team and the men's and women's track and field teams. Though Shelley moved frequently during her childhood, she spent much of her formative years in Arizona and Washington state. Her family, including her parents and younger sister, still reside in Washington, providing a supportive anchor for her as she continues to make strides in her career.

Now residing in San Tan Valley, Shelley shares her life with her husband, Lucas, who is also an athletic trainer at Lincoln Preperatory Academy in Chandler.   Their home is completed by their beloved puppy, Jessie, who adds a touch of joy and energy to their lives.
