Leon Sutton works with both the Men's and Women's programs. Coach Sutton specializes in player development working with both guards and bigs on shooting, ball control and basketball IQ.
Leon has been training professional basketball players for years. Working on skill aquisition, development and mastery. He also works with local youth clinics and camps giving back to our community for the future generations of Coyote Basketball players.
Sutton played collegiately at Eastern Utah College and then transferred to the University of Great Falls where he played for the Coyote Men's Basketball Coach, Steve Silsby. Sutton has spent many years playing professionaly in numerous countries such as Brazil, Canada and Luxemborg. He also had a stint with the NBA G-League where he played with the Idaho Stampede. Sutton's focus on skill development and his passion for the game will serve as an incredible asset to the Basketball team.
