Chandler-Gilbert Community College Dominates North Idaho College in Straight Sets

On August 30, 2025, Chandler-Gilbert Community College (CGCC) faced off against North Idaho College (NIC) and saw CGCC secure a decisive 3-0 victory over NIC, showcasing their dominance across all three sets with scores of 25-21, 26-24, and 25-19.  CGCC had a strong performance throughout the match, maintaining consistent pressure on NIC. The team's effective attack strategies and solid defense were key to their success. Despite NIC's efforts to challenge CGCC, they were unable to secure a set victory.

Sage Salazar was a standout performer for CGCC, contributing significantly with 10 kills and a hitting percentage of .375. Her performance was instrumental in CGCC's offensive strategy.
Aubrey Becker also made a notable impact with 8 kills and a .353 hitting percentage, further bolstering CGCC's attack.
Grace Johnson played a crucial role in setting up plays, recording 14 assists and adding 3 service aces to her tally.
